Our client in Regional Victoria as an immediate requirement for a qualified Aged Care therapist. You will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in treating the elderly and developing good relationships with Aged Care facility management and care staff. Some of the duties include:
- Assessments for Aged Care residents
- Reviews of care and treatment plans
- Providing treatment to residents
- Documentation of treated residents
- Liaising with management & care staff for regular updates
- Running manual handling training sessions
- Other duties related to providing the best service and care to Aged Care residents as per AN-ACC protocol
What you bring to the table
You will be working with a dynamic, closely knit team and you will inject your enthusiasm into the team and the work you do. To apply for this role you *must* have the following:
- Limited or full AHPRA Registration
- Willing to relocate
- Already living in Australia
- An interest in Aged Care
- Good time management skills
- Genuine care for people
- Good bedside manners
- Meticulous documentation
- Commitment to ethical behaviour
