About the Role

The hospital is recruiting for casual physiotherapists to provide Weekday and Weekend cover for our Inpatient surgical and medical wards. You will be providing high quality Physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning for inpatients. We are looking for experienced Physiotherapists who thrive in working with a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
You will bring a strong clinical skillset and must be flexible, team oriented and with strong communication skills.
Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification/ degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
- Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts
- 2-3 years previous experience in acute hospital set up
- Demonstrated effective written, verbal, and interpersonal skills..
- Demonstrated high level time management and ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work/ caseload.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Desirable criteria:
- ICU experience
- Previous experience in an acute surgical inpatient role
Remuneration
Level 1 year 1 to Level 2 year 4 $37.15 - $53.80 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
