Kids Therapy Hub is a privately owned and run paediatric clinic offering allied health services to the local community and throughout Sydney. We incorporate Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy services within a friendly and collaborative environment.
We are expanding our services to include Physiotherapy and are looking for a dynamic Senior to lead the Team.
Our beautiful purpose-built clinic is based in Gledswood Hills decked out with quality resources.
We aim to help young people improve and reach their goals. Our multidisciplinary team provide support to children and youth aged 1-18 years with varying needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION
An exciting and rewarding opportunity is currently available for experienced Physiotherapist to step into a leadership role and an experienced Physiotherapist to help grow our Team. We work with a diverse paediatric caseload with a strong focus on genuine capacity building and working towards meaningful functional goals with individuals.
Duties will include (depending on experience):
- Deliver in clinic Physiotherapy services based on current evidence-based practice.
- Demonstrate expert clinical assessment and measurement skills, including collection of client information and selection of appropriate assessment tools.
- Able to identity impairments and prescribe appropriate exercises.
- Able to prescribe appropriate exercises targeting goals identified by the patients.
- Mentor and supervise junior Physiotherapists (Senior duty).
- Providing effective outcome driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action.
- Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed.
- Work as a part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely access for young people and their families.
- Communicate and assess needs clearly and precisely to the client and funding organisation within appropriate time frames.
- Ensure high quality of service delivery, commitment to ethics, and values by working within the principles of Best Practice in Mental Health Service delivery.

You will have knowledge of the Physiotherapy practice to help grow the Team and services. You will be able to demonstrate your clinical reasoning, assessment skills, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. REQUIREMENTS
- Approved tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy.
- Current membership with AHPRA.
- Current Working With Children Check and valid Police Clearance.
