Physiotherapist Level 1/2 – Paediatric

About the role:
In this role you will be working with members of the Paediatric Physiotherapy Team and as part of a Multidisciplinary Team to deliver high-quality care to our patients. There will be opportunities to work as part of a Multidisciplinary Team and participate in on-site upskilling, professional development, quality projects, and student supervision.
The successful applicant will be responsible for physiotherapy service provision to areas within the Paediatric Physiotherapy service including our Paediatric Inpatient and Outpatient Service. Applicants with a broad range of paediatric clinical skills and experience are preferred.
Support will be provided via our Senior Physiotherapists, participation in individual and peer group supervision and by the Level 5 Head of Department for Paediatric Physiotherapy. There will be opportunities to participate in all aspects of the Paediatric Physiotherapy Department. This includes regular in-service programs, an opportunity for upskilling in common paediatric outpatient conditions and support for attendance at external seminars and conferences relevant to the role.

Requirements:
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Physiotherapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
About you:
- Have experience in Physiotherapy management of children.
- Be able to prioritise caseloads and manage time effectively.
- Be a team player with the ability to work both collaboratively with others and independently when necessary.
- Be able to self-direct learning and provide learning support for university student placements.
- Be supportive of the children, parents and carers.
