An exciting opportunity has become available on the Central Coast to work in ED. We are looking for both  permanent part time and casual staff. This position is responsible for providing quality  physiotherapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team to emergency department patients of Central Coast Local Health District to ensure patients are well managed and optimal health care needs are met. This position is a primary contact clinician role.

What you'll be doing

This is an exciting opportunity to join Gosford, Wyong Emergency team and Long Jetty Health Care facility, in providing care to the people of the Central Coast to work weekends shifts.

We are looking for multiple applicants in order to fill weekends in the Emergency Department. We will also be creating an e-list to fill casual and possible part-time positions in Emergency.

This position is responsible for providing quality physiotherapy services as part of a multidisciplinary team to emergency department patients of Central Coast Local Health District to ensure patients are well managed and optimal health care needs are met. This position is a primary contact clinician role.
 

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality, evidence-informed clinical physiotherapy care to patients/clients and their families/carers within the Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for Providing leadership to a clinical team as required through administering clinical supervision to Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and students and actively engaging in education/training and continuous improvement initiatives.
