Lifespan Healthcare is a mobile physiotherapy provider of quality in-home services to the Central Coast and Lake Macquarie regions. We are a small organisation which prides itself on ensuring its physiotherapists are happy in their roles. We provide services to our clients in the comfort of their own home or workplace. Predominantly you will see clients in the aged care and disability sectors, where you will be making a real difference in people's lives on a daily basis. This role is all community based - no residential aged care duties required. Come and work as part of a small team where you will be highly valued and treated well!
Qualifications & experience
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a physiotherapist and all current insurances and registrations.
- This role is offered on a contractor basis, and so you will require a current ABN. Full-time employee option may be considered if desired by the applicant.
- Experience in private practice or as a community based physiotherapist is desirable.
- The ability to work autonomously is essential for this role. Assistance and guidance will always be available when required, but you will be responsible for managing your own schedule and liaising with people outside of Lifespan Healthcare when managing your clients needs.
- You will require your own vehicle to travel between clients - travel expenses will be compensated.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Community based mobile physiotherapist primarily assisting seniors to remain safe and independent at home.
- You will travel between client's homes on the Central Coast and provide in home therapeutic interventions which can include manual therapy, strength and balance tasks, education etc.
- You will be providing the same physiotherapy interventions that would be delivered in a clinic environment to clients in their own homes.
- Currently this role is for 3 full days a week, however this can be increased to 4 or 5 full days should you want this. The role is flexible according to your needs.

- All equipment required for this role aside from your vehicle will be provided
- Please note, this is a contractor based role, so remuneration does not include any leave entitlements or super. If desired, full-time employment can be offered to the right candidate.
