Australian Athletic Centre (AAC) is a sports rehabilitation and strength & conditioning facility located in the western suburbs of Adelaide. AAC is dedicated to providing the best quality rehabilitation and performance training services to athletes of all sports, levels and ages.
Comprised of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists/Scientists and, S&C Coaches, AAC is looking to add another passionate Physiotherapist to the team to further increase the level of service we deliver as well as accelerate their development as a health professional. AAC wants to continue growth and we only achieve that by developing the team around us!
THE ROLE
This permanent part-time role will involve providing physiotherapy services to AAC athletes as well as contributing to our ACL Rehabilitation, Baseball and other various sporting programs. The role provides flexible working hours including opportunities to work with local sporting clubs and semi-pro/professional athletes of varying sports as well as collaborating with our Head Physiotherapist.
The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to progress to a full-time role.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Degree or equivalent in physiotherapy
- Full APHRA registration
- At least 12 months of experience
- A background in sport
PREFERRED
- Additional qualifications (e.g. dry needling)
- ASCA Level 1 or Exercise Science equivalent
