As an Onsite Injury Prevention Specialist, you'll have the freedom to treat patients without the pressure of a caseload. Each day presents you with fresh, exciting challenges.
Your duties may include but will not be limited to;
- Conducting early intervention physiotherapy onsite to prevent the escalation of injuries.
- Performing thorough workplace assessments across diverse settings.
- Engaging with workers, observing their movements, and initiating conversations to prevent injuries right then and there!
- Empowering workers through engaging training and workshops.
- Collaborating with the leadership team to create effective Injury Prevention plans using specialised software.
