The Position
St John of God Health Care has an excellent reputation, delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to people living in Victoria.
We are seeking applications from suitably dedicated and qualified Physiotherapists Grade 2 to join our enthusiastic and dedicated Allied Health team in the Outpatients Department.
The Grade 2 Physiotherapist is expected to work independently, demonstrate a depth of experience and be able to initiate and participate in teaching, training, research and quality activities, supervise students and supervise and mentor junior caregivers.
The successful candidate will have:
A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Demonstrated senior clinical experience and leadership in clinical practice as a physiotherapist within a healthcare and disability service setting.
Demonstrable ability to undertake professional supervision and/or mentor junior staff and to promote professional competence and growth in staff.
Demonstrated ability to develop evidence based and innovative clinical practices and initiating quality activities.
