- Work in a multitude of work environments – in fully resourced paeds & adults clinics, via telehealth, in schools, kindies, & shearing sheds.
- Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients
- Consistent 1:1 supervision with senior Speech Pathologist; plus additional support as required
- Peer support system with those who’ve been through the program
- Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs

- You’re ambitious & enjoy challenging yourself and would like to use your pivotal first years of practise to open the most doors for your future
- The idea of taking on a variety of Adults & Paediatrics clients excites you – covering anything from paeds development, sports injuries, orthopaedics, neuro, to rehabilitation and return to work
- You are looking for an organisation that prioritises supervision, PD & team culture
- You're keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do
- You have confidence in clinical decision making & problem solving
- You are willing to do day trips to our small outreach towns to achieve our organisation's ‘why’ … and for those interested we have overnight trips to more remote locations
- You have a formal qualification in Physiotherapy, AHPRA membership and full legal rights of working in Australia
