The Know Skincare is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pick & Packer. As a Pick & Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our skincare orders are accurately picked, packed, and presented beautifully for shipping to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack skincare orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure that orders are packaged securely and presented beautifully.
- Use Shopify to process and manage orders.
- Have a flair for making each order look visually appealing.
- Coordinate with Australia Post for timely delivery.
- Possess a valid C class license to take orders to Australia Post.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the packing area.
- Work collaboratively with the team and assist in troubleshooting any issues.
- Able to work autonomously and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any order-related inquiries.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Pick and packing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar order management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Flexibility to work the initial shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- Ability to work 15-20 hours per week on a casual or permanent part-time basis.
- Must have a valid C class license to transport orders to Australia Post.
