Hours, location
- 4-5 days per week
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Located 2 minute walk from Stanmore train station.
- Street parking also available.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Pick & package online orders neatly, securely, efficiently
- Online customer service including emails, phone calls
- Receive goods, book couriers, check all stages of fulfillment process has been completed and follow up with shipping companies as required
- Look after in store customers
- Conduct stocktakes - accurate counting skills required
- Workshop duties - attaching handles to kitchen knives
Qualifications & experience
- 1-2 years pick packing online orders experience
- Computer and typing skills
- Work precisely & quickly with their hands
- Customer service / sales experience ideal
- Excellent verbal communicator
- Must have full drivers license
