We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant to join our People Experience Team. In this pivotal role, you will support the execution of the RBA’s People Strategy through delivering best in class advisory service and support to our employees and People Leaders.
This role will report to the Team Leader of our People Services team and will work closely with all functions across the People Team to create an employee experience that enables the RBA to attract and retain outstanding talent.
Your background
Experience in triaging employee and people leader HR queries in a fast-paced HR environment with a true passion for delivering exceptional services and support
Proven experience in advising People Leaders and employees on performance related matters and processes, absenteeism, interpretation of the RBA Enterprise Agreement and interpretation of internal policies and procedures
In depth understanding of employment law and the legislative environment
Collaborative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.
Proven experience in achieving excellence in employee experience
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.
Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.
Education
Degree in Employment Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline desirable
