- Operating production equipment in accordance with work instructions
- Achieving production output targets
- Machine Operating
- General tasks in the Galvanising department
- Having a proactive approach to housekeeping/ hazard identification (e.g. oil spills etc); and
- Conducting product quality inspections and respond accordingly.
To be successful in a role with Programmed you must possess the following:
- A current C-Class Drivers Licence
- Strong safety focus
- Any relevant licenses or tickets
- Physically fit for manual task
- Ability to work unsupervised to achieve targets and follow procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Ability to undertake a Drug Alcohol Screen
