The Opportunity:Phillip Riley Projects (PRP) are a resourcing partner for leading renewable energy projects across Australia. Our team ensures the right people are in the right place, at the right time, to help develop, deliver and manage complex projects and assets in the energy sector, including wind, solar, hydro, BESS, W2E, transmission and electric vehicle infrastructure.
We are currently on the hunt for a Piling Supervisor to help one of our clients with projects along the east Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, manage, and coordinate all projects on the Gold Coast, ensuring full project delivery.
- Oversee project management from conception to completion.
- Lead and manage a site team, supervising heavy plant operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage project risks.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high project deliverable standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foundation and Piling Supervisor, with a strong understanding of piling techniques and equipment.
- Majority of your experience should be with Piling in the Large scale/Utility Solar Space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and construction techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management.
