In this critical role, you will own the company's Operations.
You'll wear many hats. You'll be the glue that holds them together, ensuring everything runs smoothly so they can do what they do best.
What you’ll be doing:

• Problem-solving, proactively identifying and resolving operational challenges. You are the company’s jack of all trades. 
• Become the CEO's trusted advisor, managing their varied operational and admin tasks with discretion and finesse.
• Oversee core company meetings/events and cultivate seamless communication across all levels.
• Implement systems to ensure financial efficiency, smooth onboarding and clear reporting.
• Champion collaboration and build strong relationships to create a supportive and high-performing team.

• Has a proven track record of success in owning and optimising operations.
• Has strong project management skills (the ability to move things along).
