Pipelayer/ Labourer

Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Ventia and Downer that has been awarded a 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs, maintenance services, and renewals project works for the City of Gold Coast.About the roleThe team have opportunities for a Pipelayers & Labourers to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity based in Arundel. These positions will provide stability and longevity whilst delivering meaningful work.About you

• Experience in the water sector desirable, Gold Coast Water knowledge is highly desirable.
• Experience in a high-volume maintenance environment desirable.
• Cert III Water Operations or Cert III Civil Construction (Pipelaying) desirable
• HR Drivers Licence - essential
• Excavator ticket - essential
• Construction White Card - essential
• Confined Space entry ticket - desirable
• Work at heights ticket - desirable
• First Aid - Desirable
• Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B
