AddressGold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) is a Joint Venture between Ventia and Downer that has been awarded a 10-year contract to deliver water and wastewater repairs, maintenance services, and renewals project works for the City of Gold Coast.
About the role
The team have opportunities for a Pipelayers & Labourers to join the team in a full-time, permanent capacity based in Arundel. These positions will provide stability and longevity whilst delivering meaningful work.
About you
- Experience in the water sector desirable, Gold Coast Water knowledge is highly desirable.
- Experience in a high-volume maintenance environment desirable.
- Cert III Water Operations or Cert III Civil Construction (Pipelaying) desirable
- HR Drivers Licence - essential
- Excavator ticket - essential
- Construction White Card – essential
- Confined Space entry ticket - desirable
- Work at heights ticket – desirable
- First Aid – Desirable
- Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination to gain immunity to Hepatitis A & B
