SalaryDay-to-day operations will include:
- Preparing pizza during daily service; tasks include stretching, topping and oven work.
- Experience cooking high-volume pizza in an Wood fired oven is beneficial.
- Working effectively as a member of a team during busy service in a fast-paced environment.
- Various preparation of cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, dough and sauces.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment for the team. Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace.
