Summary:

The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting pizza dishes while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizza dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained
• Cook all food to perfection and adhere to portion control guidelines
• Manage the flow of orders during busy periods
• Check and monitor inventory levels
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment

Skillset:

• Professional culinary training or experience
• Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques
• Familiarity with food hygiene and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure food quality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends
