We have a highly streamlined back-office process that comprises of a team of dedicated specialists, including administration support, client service officers, adviser support, compliance and paraplanning co-ordinator, and an external paraplanning service.

About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Servicing Financial Adviser to join our team.
The successful applicant will have a firm understanding of the financial advice process, including the strategies and compliance requirements involved in delivering financial advice. If successful, you will inherit an established book of existing clients providing our ongoing client-centric service model (which does not include new business targets for this role).
Our business model will allow you to focus on providing quality advice, whilst a professional support team will take care of the implementation and paperwork side of things. Your role will also include providing support to our Senior Financial Planners with client reviews, research, and investigations for the preparation of advice documents and ad-hoc advice-related client requests.
You will be supported with client service officers, paraplanners, compliance and technical assistance and a sounding board within the team to bounce ideas.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and providing ongoing financial advice and service to our longstanding clients, with a focus on their financial situation including superannuation, retirement and Centrelink planning.
- Managing client queries and following up on outstanding matters.
- Providing support to our Senior Financial Advisers in delivering high-quality advice to our clients.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry developments and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Currently authorised as a Financial Planner and listed on Financial Adviser Register.
- FASEA approved and qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning.
- Provide outstanding service while building rapport with clients.
- High attention to detail, supported by a solid technical background.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and financial planning principles.
- Committed and dedicated to our clients and thrive to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Highly professional, excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning and Centrelink
- Xplan experience.
- Current driver’s licence.
