What your new role entails:

We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Field Service Planner to provide scheduling and support service to our Field Service Technician (FST) team members. Based in our Mackay branch,you will bring your exceptional customer service skills and help us deliver on our Customer First promise to internal and external customers alike.

• Schedule and deploy technicians to customer sites for conducting audits, on site repair, testing and certification safety products
• Managing customer service interactions end to end over the phone and by email
• Identify and assess customer requirements and needs based on forecast and demand
• Ensure delivery expectations are managed and met
• Balance competing customer demands and expectations for scheduling work
• Complete invoicing upon completion of jobs

What you’ll bring with you:

• Demonstrated Planning and Scheduling experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
• Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
• Confidence and experience with the Microsoft suite of products - Excel and Word are essential in this role
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Time management skills
• Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch.
• Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks.
• Work in a team environment that collaborates and celebrates!
