The Opportunity:
Due to significant and sustained growth, our Mining, Infrastructure & Project Delivery are searching for a Planner/Scheduler to support our SA project delivery team.
You will be a competent and proven Scheduler/P6 Planner, responsible for developing, maintaining, and reporting against schedules and at times be asked to support cost and risk management.
This role will be based in Adelaide.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and review integrated schedule.
- Obtain regular information from various stakeholders on progress against agreed schedule.
- Consolidate reporting from external parties with audit and verification data from team managers.
- Work jointly with the PMO functional group to provide a support for project or program performance.
- Sense check data and schedules for validity.
- Problem solve scheduling issues within and across delivery packages.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on the project's progress against its approved schedule.
- Analyse and assess schedule interfaces, provide solutions.
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Ideally Planning / Scheduling experience using Primavera P6.
- Competent skills in Microsoft applications.
- Strong organisational abilities.
