As a result, a rare opportunity at either the Associate or Senior Associate level has come up to work alongside an award-winning Planning & Environment Partner, known for their collegiate and down to earth approach.

About You

This role will suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years PAE gained in reputable Planning & Environment practice and up to 8 years PAE, at the Senior Associate level.

The firm is looking for an experienced Planning & Environment Lawyer to assist their private and public sector clients including resource operators, developers, government entities, retirement facilities, receivers and managers and land owners. 

You will enjoy a broad role including both front-end and back-end matters:

• Undertake complex litigation on behalf of clients in the Planning and Environment Court, the Court of Appeal and the Land Court.
• Provide advice relating to Planning and development approvals, environmental compliance;
• Incidence response, litigious negotiation and matter strategy.
