AddressOur client is a leading Australian law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They are currently looking for a Senior Associate with at least 5 years’ experience to join their Legal500 Recommended Corporate practice.
Working closely with the Partners, and the wider team nationally, you will act for a range of clients from start-ups to ASX-listed companies and be the lead on complex corporate transactions such as public and private capital raisings, M&A, IPOs and corporate governance.
Joining this hard-working, high-performing but collegiate team, you will work with some of Australia's leading professionals and take on a leadership role by coaching and supervising juniors.
