About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Dotti team as an a Planning Assistant. Reporting to the Assistant Planning Manager, this role will be focused on providing support to the planning team to deliver and exceed sales and profit targets. You will have ownership of your own areas and will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the planning team, reporting and analysis, loading promotions and working with the wider Planning and Buying teams.
Responsibilities

• Support with forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve sales and profit targets for the brand
• Monitoring product performance, identifying opportunities and risk and providing potential solutions
• RMS Promotions Management
• Range Planner Setup / Range Sign off reporting
• Undertake general team administration
• Support with the day to day running of the planning department
• Maintain and produce a standard reporting suite
• Undertake key in-season and post-season analysis; size, colour, attribute, store, supplier, option, promotions

About You

• Previous experience in a stock allocation and or stock administration role would be advantageous
• You are passionate about retail, numbers and analysing data
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and work cross functionally with various departments
• Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach
• Have an analytical mindset and an excellent working knowledge of Excel
