Plant and Equipment Superintendent

We are currently seeking an experienced Plant and Equipment Superintendent to be residentially based in our  Karratha workshop.

This role will be accountable for the internal and external servicing, repair, and storage of Monadelphous owned assets operating in the Northwest / Pilbara region. The role will provide technical advice and support to the business to assist with the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of assets.

What you will bring

• Mechanical trade qualification (heavy diesel preferred).
• High level of technical knowledge and experience within the construction, mining, and resources sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver a message effectively at business, supplier, and customer level.
• Ability to demonstrate planning, scheduling, and organisation skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure.
• Intermediate computer skills, able to use JDE, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to prepare work reports and job instructions.
