About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as Advances
Trainee/Fellow within
Paediatric Haematology/Oncology where you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the provision of a clinical services under consultant supervision within the Haematology/Oncology department
- Demonstrating a commitment to clinical teaching and participates in associated research projects.
- Assessment and management of patients undertaken, in consultation with the supervising Consultant and nursing staff.
- Participating in after-hours and on-call roster within the Haematology/Oncology Unit according to level of experience and with a Consultant as second on call.

As per the SMOEA 2022, the total term of employment with SA Health will be 3 years. Rotations following the initial 12-months allocation as
Advanced Trainee/Fellow Paediatric Haematology/Oncology will be determined in line with your training and SA Health's requirements. This may include transfer to other SA Health locations to perform work appropriate to classification, skills and capabilities.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:- Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery - or equivalent.
- Registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with General Registration.
