As a Site Services Coordinator (Plant Maintenance Support Coordinator), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facility and it's plant and equipment. You will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of maintenance activities.
This position supports the Site Services Supervisor in completing day of operation tasks which includes small plant preventive maintenance, managing fault repairs and administration support to optimise the overall performance of our equipment and site.
This is an 18-month fixed term position based in Bowen Hills, Brisbane.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment history and downtime
- Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure availability when needed
- Assist in the Implementation of safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Rostering, payroll and data input.
- Previous experience in a coordination role in an industrial setting
- Strong organisational skills and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Technical knowledge of machinery, equipment and maintenance procedures
- Ability to be re-active and highly adaptable to changing plans
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
