Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government Construction business with projects across Commercial and Residential building and maintenance. Due to recent growth and success, our client is looking to appoint a Maintenance Support Officers (AO3/1 Level), ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Call Centre environment within a small team
- Arranging responsive maintenance for Government Assets
- Answering or making customer calls to address their maintenance needs
- Engaging with callers to confirm or clarify information and calming angry customers, as needed
- Building relationships with customers and contractors
- Appropriately using software, databases, scripts, and tools
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics
- Providing consistent customer service
- Call Centre Skills/Knowledge.
- Multitasking
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Phone Skills
- De-escalation Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Being able to collaborate and work in a team
- Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge: Excel, Word, Teams.
