The Position
This company is looking for a Plant Manager to join them, working in the Dandenong, Victoria plant, to manage the day-to-day operations of the liquid treatment facility, you will be responsible for:
- The monitoring of incoming waste
- Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
- Plan the day-to-day operations
- Actioning environmental reports
- Conducting screening and testing
- Provide full collaboration with the operations and collections teams
The Benefits

- A salary of up to $160k + Super
- A generous bonus scheme worth (on average) 10% of annual salary
The Candidate
In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Experience in Liquid Waste Management
- Full compliment of computer skills (MS Word, Excel and CRM platforms)
- A educational background in Environmental Science and/or Chemical Engineering
- Excellent relationship development and people skills
- Is a strong and analytical problem solver
