What are we looking for?
We are seeking self-motivated Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join our winning team. The positions are permanent full time, working a lifestyle roster. We offer an attractive remuneration package including performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on equipment as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Working with people who share a continuous improvement focus to achieve targets in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Encouraging & maintaining a high level of positive safety performance & workplace culture through teamwork, personal commitment, and application of the Mangoola Coal values.
- Promoting positive relationships with our stakeholders & community; and
- Taking all reasonable steps to minimise impact on the environment.

- You will hold a relevant Mechanical trade.
- You will be an experienced maintenance professional.
- You will be a strong team player with a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
- You will be someone who demonstrates self-leadership, a positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to working proactively and effectively.
- You have the ability to follow a plan and the resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- You will have a willingness to contribute to a winning team, whilst also focusing on your personal and professional development.
