Duties Include:
- Operating earthmoving equipment (ie. Material Handler, Frontend Loader, excavators, Fork Lift, Skid steer).
- Maintain a professional image and deliver high quality customer service at all times.
- Inform and assist drivers and/or members of the public of proper placement for dumping loads to ensure most effective spreading or compacting of waste or other materials.
- Excavate, load, transport soil, gravel and other materials to compact and/or cover waste in accordance with company/contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
- Operate vehicles and equipment in accordance with training, instructions or operating procedures and company regulations.
Experience & Qualifications
(Required)
- Heavy Rigid (HR) Minimum
- RII’s or Certifications for Front End Loader, Excacator, Forklift, Skid Steer & Material Handler.
(Preferred)
- Experience operating a side lift/left hand drive vehicle.
- Waste Industry knowledge and experience (preferred)
