Plasterer - Acratex Texture Specialist

We are looking for a specialist plasterer expert in application of all Trowel on texture finishes AND a Rope Access Painter with EWP / IRATA 3 for an immediate start.

What we do:

REVA Commercial has provided commercial maintenance services to strata managers and local government, for 25 years,  servicing the Perth Region

We maintain approx 25000 High and Low rise commercial, residential, industrial, retail lots. Day to Day tasks vary and may involve Re-roofing, First and Second fix carpentry, Ceilings, Water proofing, Concrete repairs, fencing, painting, Asbestos removal , Floor tiling, Landscaping etc… (and any general building maintenance needed by our Strata clients)

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for texture coating applicators (plasterers / renders / painters) and Rope Access trained painters who may consider themselves multiskilled trades interested in a change from the daily grind of commercial / resi new builds, who wants more certainty for their future.

The successful applicant will have:

1. Good communication, be able to relate well to customers and other staff, good problem solving skills
2. An eye for detail with a desire to be skilled at their craft
3. A can do attitude and prepared to learn new skills when the opportunity presents.
4. Trades need a Minimum of 3 years trowel on texture coating / Painting exp
5. Good safety awareness, willing to do inductions, daily JSAs, ability to work unsupervised
6.  Ability to pass random drug tests is required.
7. Occasional Weekend work is expected when needed
8. Current drivers lisc and white card is critical  - work safety at heights to be obtained  - Tickets Desirable, but not essential: EWP, Scaff, Rope Access.
9. Your Own trades vehicle required initially (a ute, van or truck with racks to take long lengths)  after successful trial period and proving trustworthy;  company vehicle with fuel card is offered.

Depending on your skills and hours worked - You may earn  between 75 - 130K pa (plus vehicle, fuel card after trial) - Plus Superannuation and Entitlements appropriated to your Job status.

We are Open to Part / Full Time, Casual, or trail period on an ABN (Trades will average 45 - 50hr weeks, however we are aiming to end up with all staff engaged as Full time permanent)
