We're a unique wine bar and it goes without saying that our wine list is short, sharp and to the point, but we also have over 3,000 ever changing bottles right at our fingertips next door in The Prince Wine Store as well. As an Assistant Manager / Sommelier here you'll be curating our wine list, both our regular by the glass listings and our iconic coravin pour list.
Likewise you will work along side our FOH team assisting in the everyday workings of Bellota Wine Bar. In other words this is a hands on role, that involves both section work and wine work. Our team is small, but multifaceted and we work alongside one another, from clearing tables, to opening and serving wine, to mixing a cocktail and even shucking the odd oyster or two.
Our menu is spearheaded by industry respected Head Chef Nicky Riemer, she runs a tight team too - so if you’re looking for like minded people to work with we've got you!
Let's face it there's lots of hospitality jobs out there at the moment, I guess what we're saying is that we'll give you great access to wines that no other place can offer, you'll work with industry professionals and we'll give you a weekend to boot....oh and you get a cracking discount when it comes to purchasing wine next door at the Prince Wine Store.
