Platform Specialist

Randstad Digital is excited to be working with Queensland's lead marketing and major events agency based here in sunny Queensland. We are looking for a talented Platform Specialist to join our client for an initial 6 month contract with an IMMEDIATE START.
The Platform Specialist is a critical role within the technical team, and will work closely with the marketing department to manage the building and deployment of in-house marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign Standard. This is a hands-on role in which you will handle all aspects of email operational production.
Responsibilities & Duties

• Build email campaigns end-to-end using Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS)
• Test and traffic email campaigns
• Build, test and manage automated workflows
• Work alongside the Lifecycle Management Specialist to establish and deliver campaign calendars and schedules
• Analyse campaign performance
• Manage data import process and on-going data management within Adobe Campaign
• Set up KPI dashboard and regularly report on success metrics to the Program Deliver, PMP and wider Marketing teams

Skills & Experience

• Experience using Adobe Campaign Standard or similar campaign management tools.
• Strong understanding of customer communications and direct marketing
• Experience planning and delivering email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of SQL and GoogleBigQuery
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work with cross functional teams
• Great problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• AEM experience (Ideal but not essential)
