Plumber - Sales Estimator - Off the tools opportunity!

We are looking for a SALES SUPERSTAR PLUMBER! - This is a massive opportunity to develop your career and move to an Off the tools role for the Sunshine Coasts largest plumbing company. 

DYFA Group offers maintenance plumbing and electrical services throughout Queensland.  With over 50 tradesmen we are able to help 1000's of customers per year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and positive person to drive the sales performance and help even more clients!

About you:

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum 2-3 years sales experience and you are a qualified plumber. 

You will be confident in quoting plumbing works from simple jobs to more complex inquiries incl other trades. 

Most quotes involve visiting the client which could be existing or new and scoping their requirement. Then helping them to choose us as their company of choice. This is ideally getting them to make a decision on the spot or through a detailed follow up process.

You’ll need to be great on the phones with outbound calls being made daily to existing and potential clients. 

You will enjoy talking to people and building relationships longer term.

Also have the ability to guide others in the team to maximize their conversion rates and incentive payments. 

This role requires someone who has ambition to improve them self and also have the ability to have a company profitability focus. 

Duties will include:

• Manage and perform our daily quotations and securing of new clients.
• Lead the team in converting inquiries into bookings for our technicians.
• Outbound calling to our existing database, members and also marketing leads that contact the business.
• Drive the followup and conversion of our quotation system.
• Assist and train other technicians to secure clients. 
• Handle customer complaints and warranty issues turning these into opportunities for us to perform even better.
