Lakes Plumbing Services is an establishing plumbing business in Ravenhall.
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the role of Administrative Assistant. This position will involve job scheduling, payroll, general office roles and working closely with the Directors.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently when necessary
- Familiarity with Accounting/Invoicing System MYOB or Xero.
- Experience and knowledge of job scheduling is an advantage
- Part time position avaliblel 4 days a week 8am-4pm, although hours can be negotiated for the right candidate
-Experience with Gmail (calendars and emails)
