Job Description:
Hours: 2 - 3 days per week (job share), with flexibility to work back if needed and to cover sick and annual leave.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with patients to coordinate their care
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments and diary management
- Booking of theatre lists
- Liaising with Hospitals, Anaesthetists rooms and other health services
- Medicare, DVA and Health fund billing through Eclipse
- Sterilising medical instruments
- Audio typing
- General office duties
Essential requirements:
Previous Medical room and software experience.
