Plumbing Operations Manager

Woods and Co. have partnered with an incredible Plumbing Industry leader to help grow their fantastic team. Our client has over 30 years of experience and has developed a team of employees who help them succeed in supplying their customers with a level of service that is rare within the industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previously demonstrated senior leadership and operational excellence within the plumbing industry to add value and support to an already flourishing team.

What do you do?

• Provide leadership and management of staff from induction, and performance through to outstanding task overview.
• Be responsible for maintaining a safe, accident-free and healthy workplace.
• Ensuring work vehicles and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
• Lead and manage, build out business projects, estimate, schedule, quote, invoice and BD as the business grows and works towards an even larger commercial market share.
• Report writing, problem-solving and effective client relations management. 

What do you need?

• Current Plumbers license.
• 10 years industry experience with 5 of those being in management experience.
• Previous experience in using Job Management Systems (Aroflo or similar).
• Problem-solving skills and strong customer service approach.
• Positive, energetic, team-orientated personality that can motivate and inspire. 
• Time management skills and sales-orientated mindset.
