What Our Client is Looking For
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of Plumbing Projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Experience in Plumbing Project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing Plumbing Projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications are desirable.
- Coordinate and manage Plumbing Projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and subcontractor supervision.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and budgets, and monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
