- Proven experience as a plumbing supervisor or Project Manager in a commercial plumbing environment; You hold a comprehensive understanding of commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage and gas systems
- Superior communication skills: effective verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, provide feedback, and facilitate open dialogue among team members and external stakeholders.
- Excellent lateral thinking with a proven ability to trouble shoot issues and devise effective solutions
- Strong understanding of Western Australian building codes
- Full trade certificate
- White Card
Your will be accountable for
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- In consultation with the Construction Manager, accurately estimate project costs and manage budgets accordingly
- Capability to implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure plumbing installations that meet industry standards and client expectations
