Our client is a global leader in their industry. They are currently looking for a highly experienced Maintenance Plumber with passion, drive and ambition who is looking for the opportunity to move into a leadership role. Ideally, you’d already have been working in a management position or, alternatively, you may be working in a supervisory role and looking for career advancement. 

Your new role 

As a Plumbing Supervisor, you will be required to manage the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department and ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Leading a team of experienced trade assistants, displaying great communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrate and mentor your experience in the commercial plumbing sector.
• Oversee and lead plumbing projects from start to finish, including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide professional and courteous communication and customer service to all clients and stakeholders.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of professionalism, safety, and quality expertise.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Have a current drivers licence and a Construction White Card.

• Be a licenced plumber (3 years industry experience minimum).

• Be able to read and interpret construction plans.
• Have strong leadership and people management skills.
• Have a positive can-do attitude.
• EWP Licence (highly regarded)
• Working at Heights (highly regarded)
