We are looking for a Senior Plumber who is looking to step up into the role of Operations Manager, or someone who has already performed well in such a role.
This role is a winning combination – you'll thrive both in the field and at the helm. You'll harness the opportunity to excel in your craft while partnering with the director to steer the daily operations towards success. From mentoring plumbers and apprentices to securing projects and ensuring flawless execution, you'll embody a winning mindset every step of the journey.
Requirements
A confident, energetic leader
Holds a Plumbing License
Commercial Flair
Leads the team with technology and Systems to make business easy & more efficient
Enjoys interacting with people
A willingness to mentor our plumbers & apprentice to be the best they can be
Have great communication skills with people of all backgrounds
Provide outstanding customer service
A willingness to continually learn and grow
Can do attitude
A great team player who is willing to assist others when needed
Min. 5 years experience as a plumber post apprenticeship
