As the Plumbing Trades Supervisor you will;
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 5 to 7 skilled maintenance trades professionals.
- Create a positive work culture to maximise productivity and staff retention.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of preventative and ad hoc maintenance.
- Must be familiar with Maintenance processes and equipment.
- Trouble shooting and providing technical advice.
- Work towards a best practice business model and drive change to ensure efficiency of service.
About You
As an experienced Plumbing Trades Supervisor, you will adeptly handle both internal and external clients, ensuring the safe operation of all tradespeople, contractors, the public, and customers. Your exceptional communication skills will shine, and your customer service will be outstanding. You will maintain strict adherence to all statutory health, safety, security, and environmental requirements, ensuring that safety measures and systems are implemented in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and customer safety needs.
