About the Role:
- Process and enter of Machinery Daily machine service & repair data.
- Preparing & production of service schedules and ensuring efficient delivery to relevant sites.
- Developing machine specific servicing schedules to meet manufacturer and site requirements.
- Ensure manual filing system is up to date.
- Regular and accurate updates of the machine fleet board.
- Recording and inwards/outwards component internal stock levels, including management of site based system.
- Strong adherence to occupational health and safety conditions.
- Be proactive in maintaining the company’s Environmental Health and Safety working standards.
- Implementing and assist with the ongoing development of the Quality Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems.
- Coordination and implementation of Heavy Plant component change outs.
- Background in Mechanical Trade (Preferrable)
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability and make specific recommendations.
- High level of experience in the use of Microsoft desktop software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
- Superb organisational and planning skills in managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated high quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Effective organisational and administrative skills with the demonstrated ability to work in a team.
