About the PM Operations Manager Role:
As a PM Operations Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of safety, performance, and resourcing and team leadership for specified operational areas and/or operational processes. This includes overseeing all activities and resources associated with the branch to achieve agreed objectives, optimising profitability, and business efficiency with a strong customer focus, in a safe and socially acceptable manner.
What you'll do:
Critical to this role is the ability to plan and coordinate daily activities and hold team members to account. This position plays a key role in achieving daily KPI's and identifying/actioning process improvements, along with engaging support from other functional leads.
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years experience in a similar role (as described above)/working knowledge COR
- Experience working in a unionised environment
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel etc.)
- You're enthusiastic, motivated, show initiative and can multi-task
- Problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement
