We are seeking a PM Operations Supervisor to join our successful team based in Gold Coast, QLD. Reporting to the Depot Manager, your role will be critical to oversee and ensure all operational activities within the depot are met effectively and efficiently and to support a positive team environment.
Key metrics include COR, OHS, and environmental quality control procedures are in place. Outbound interstate line haul departure and processing has been completed by the specified time, processing of country QLD freight, cost reduction through means of staff hours and revenue protection is in place whilst maintaining a safe work environment for all staff and franchisees with no loss or damage to freight, premises or equipment.
Key elements of the role:
- You will be responsible for ensuring resources are ready for line haul departures to depart on time.
- You will assist Depot Manager, Team Leaders, and all staff to investigate and resolve operational problems as they arise and monitor and report on the general operations performance to the Depot Manager.
- You will be responsible for planning, organising, and implementing within a team environment to ensure all day-to-day operational activities are met efficiently and safely and are compliant.
