About the role:
This position is responsible for supporting and contributing to Commercial Services’ export banknote and other customers to consistently fulfil NPA’s contractual obligations and customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and administration of all day-to-day activities of export banknote and other customers
- Develop and maintain a list of contract deliverables for banknote and other projects to ensure customer expectations are met timely
- Ensure customer sales orders and project files are up-to-date
- Respond to all customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records, including customer meeting reports and ensure the CRM system (HuBSpot) is up-to-date
- Prepare and administer NPA responses for export banknote and other tenders, RFIs, RFQs, proposals and the like (including pre-quotation activities)
- Manage deliveries and invoicing for export banknote and other customers
- Ensure sound working relationships with other departments (mainly Operations, Technical Services and Quality) to ensure timely responses to customer queries
- Arrange and coordinate export banknote and other customer site visits
- Coordinate reporting requirements for export banknote and other projects
- Ensure timely destruction of export banknote and other spoils and plates in line with customer expectations, including coordination of on-site destruction activity
- Coordinate annual cleansing of sheet/note holdings and plates for export banknote and other and projects
- Provide input to the customer feedback report maintained by Quality
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in business, marketing or related discipline is preferred.
- Outstanding people skills, both team and stakeholder focused.
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, ideally experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience in the printing industry, particularly security printing would be an advantage
