The RolePlaying a pivotal role in the businesses distribution network this role will be responsible for;
- Leadership of the warehouse team, ensuring staff are engaged with the company values and culture.
- Planning and optimisation of all warehouse resources to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Working closely with company stakeholders, predominantly production to ensure a smooth transition of goods.
- Maintaining a high level of quality assurance and product integrity.
- Drive Continuous Improvement and ensure efficient process adherence.
- Manage and maintain effective 3PL relationships
• 5+ Years warehouse management experience.
• Experience of working in an FMCG environment with handling of raw materials.
• Strong Leaderships and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent safety record with extensive exposure to safety systems.
• Demonstrated experience of driving continuous improvement and performance delivery.
• Previous experience in managing 70+ staff would be an advantage.
